2026年3月3日，达华智能正式复牌，股票简称变更为“ST达华”。2026年2月27日晚，达华智能发布公告称，当天收到中国证监会福建监管局（下称“福建证监局”）出具的行政处罚事先告知书。经查实，达华智能存在多项严重违规事实：一是未按规定披露金额达7.95亿元的重大合同及其履行进展，该合同占公司最近一期经审计净资产的58.57%；二是达华智能2021年至2023年年报存在重大遗漏，未在2021年至2023年年报中披露上述情况；三是2023年年度报告存在虚假记载，通过提前确认子公司处置收益、违规核算项目事项等方式，虚增利润合计8576.22万元，占当期利润总额绝对值的24.32%。福建证监局拟对达华智能及5名责任人罚款合计1780万元。
