第十九条 选举居民委员会，采取全体有选举权的居民选举方式的，有选民的过半数参加投票，选举有效；采取每户派代表选举方式的，有户的代表的过半数参加投票，选举有效；采取居民代表选举方式的，有超过三分之二的居民代表参加投票，选举有效。
